Both the Basic and the Advanced plans offer to service providers
equal access to IP Centrex/Hosted PBX features. Plans differ by
the amount of bundled services. The Basic Plan is designed for clients
who want to offer IP Centrex/Hosted PBX services and have the knowledge
and experience to deal directly with providers of DIDs, VoIP Origination
and VoIP Termination services. That plan is better suited to clients
with high call volume and good relationships with vendors. The Advanced
Plan is designed as a turnkey solutions for clients who want to
start offering IP Centrex/Hosted PBX services immediately, without
dealing directly with multiple vendors. In addition to the services
included in the Basic Plan, the Advanced Plan includes DID segment
allocation, VoIP Origination and VoIP Termination services. The
Advanced Plan also includes 500 free US minutes per end user account
per month. Additional US minutes are charged separately. International
calls are charged separately and rates vary by destination. Service
providers have the option to use their own provider(s) of international
call termination services.
